Both Depot Park and Circle Park will be closed all day on Wednesday, Dec. 16, as crews install public restroom structures.
The restrooms will not immediately be operable following installation, as crews will need to return to install fixtures. Signage will be placed on the restroom structures to inform the public that they are not yet open.
