As part of the North Franklin Corridor Improvement Project, a new traffic signal at the intersection of North Franklin Street and Patrick’s Way is scheduled to be operational by Wednesday, September 2.
The signal will be flashing through the weekend before becoming fully operational. As a reminder, if a signal is in flashing mode, drivers having a flashing red light are to stop and yield to other drivers before proceeding through the intersection. Drivers having a flashing yellow light are to proceed with caution.
In the coming weeks, the contractor will be completing work for the North Franklin Corridor Improvement Project, intermittent lane closures will be in effect until work is finalized.
