Crews will now be repairing a traffic signal loop on N. Franklin Street near Independence Boulevard from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6. The work was previously scheduled for Friday, November 1, but has been rescheduled due to inclement weather.
During this time, there will be a lane closure that will shift southbound traffic to one lane. As the project progresses, the lane closure will move between the left and right lanes of southbound N. Franklin Street and will always maintain traffic movement in one lane. See the orange highlighted section on the map below for the area of the lane closure.
Motorists traveling southbound during this time should expect delays. Please proceed through the work zone with caution.
