Starting Dec. 4, the lanes along the N. Franklin Street corridor will be realigned to reflect normal traffic patterns prior to construction.
Access to Trinity Community Church will be restored, but southbound access to Central Avenue and the road to the Recreation Center and the Food Lion Shopping Center will be permanently closed as part of improvements.
