The Christiansburg Aquatic Center, in partnership with Wheel Love, is offering its first-ever Adaptive Kayaking session for individuals with disabilities.
On Saturday, Nov. 3, from 1-4 p.m., all ages are invited to this free activity, which will be held in the competition pool of the Christiansburg Aquatic Center, 595 N. Franklin Street.

Wheel Love began as a support group for individuals and family members of those with spinal cord injuries in Southwest Virginia. Wheel Love has expanded its outreach to serve individuals with various neurological disorders with all levels of ability. The primary mission of Wheel Love is to provide education and a sense of community and support for individuals with neurological disorders, and to facilitate their participation in adaptive sporting and recreational activities.
