Registration is now open for the 2018 Montgomery-Christiansburg Citizens Academy!
Residents of Christiansburg and Montgomery County are invited to register for this eight-week course and learn more about the inner workings of local government. The course will be held each Wednesday, Sept. 5 through October 24, from 6-8 p.m.
Participants will get a hands-on look at a wide variety of local government functions ranging from police, fire and rescue operations to a tour of the public works facility and much more!
Applications can be found online at www.christiansburg.org/citizensacademy, at Christiansburg Town Hall or the Montgomery County Government Building. Registrations are due August 22.
