We are accepting applications for the 2022 Montgomery County-Christiansburg Citizens Academy!
Citizens Academy is a free program offered every other year to residents interested in learning more about local government. Classes provide a hands-on experience for participants, covering a wide variety of local government functions ranging from fire and rescue, libraries, animal care, public works, and much more!
The academy takes place on Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm, beginning Sept. 7 and concluding on Oct. 26. The deadline to apply is Aug. 15, 2022.
