Sole Source Purchase Order 23300087 to Hitek Equipment, Inc. for a MG7 Pavijet Mini Paver

The MG7 Pavijet Mini Paver is a fully functional compact paving machine attachment for a skid steer. This mini paver will be used to complete small to large asphalt repairs and will reduce manpower requirements and cost by 50% or more.

The MG7 Pavijet Mini Paver isa fully functional, compact paving machine designed to be run on any skid loader that has a standard hydraulic oil flow of 15.8 GPM and 25 HP. The MG7 operates with standard hydraulic flow and doesn't require a high-flow option. The MG7 is the only paver that also is capable of spreading other material with an offset paver. The skid steer attaches to the Pavijet behind the hopper and an auger distributes material from the hopper box on the side of the machine. This feature allows the hopper to be filled from a standard single or tandem axle dump truck and for the skid steer to be driven forward.  The MG7 has a variable paving width of 7.87" to a maximum of 74.80" which allows it to do varied tasks from narrow trenches to large patches and it has a maximum paving speed of up to 82' fcct per minute.
