Getting Scary on the Huckleberry 5K Race and Truck or Treat

Each October, Christiansburg Parks and Recreation hosts the Getting Scary on the Huckleberry 5k race and the Truck or Treat event. Race participants will begin and end the 5K at the Christiansburg Recreation Center. Race fee of $30 if postmarked by 10/14/22, $35 after 10/14/2022. After the race, participants can enjoy free breakfast prepared by Parks and Recreation staff and reunite with their children for the annual Truck or Treat event. Trucks from Christiansburg Fire, Police, Rescue, Public Works and others set up in the back parking lot of the recreation center for kids and kids at heart to look at and touch.
