The Town of Christiansburg Virginia as a recipient of block grant funding is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to prepare and adopt a multiyear Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans that solicit citizen views on proposed Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program activities contained in these documents.
